This series, called Squared2 was inspired by the recurring theme of squares and the new musings of the idea of masks. From the comic artist François Schuiten's Going to Pieces in that 1978 Heavy Metal to the structures we consume from and live in for as long as I can remember I have always been aware of the square form. This coupled with the idea of disguise or the camouflage of a mask, I created a series that to me, asks what is behind the façade that is presented to the world.

I'm challenged by merging the two themes. My hope is that the viewer can step away and see the surface united with its depth. The ability to have a visual language interaction with the viewer will be my true success.
